This document is a binding agreement between you and the 88bb platform. Please read the full terms carefully before using the platform.
General Provisions
1.1 Background & Applicability
88bb is an online gaming platform that offers live casino, sports betting, and slot games for Bangladeshi users. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 88bb ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "member").
By accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
1.2 Right to Amend
88bb reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
1.3 Age Requirement
This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. You may be required to verify your age when creating an account. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited and any such account may be closed at any time.
Account Registration & Verification
2.1 Account Opening Requirements
To open an account with 88bb, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is a clear violation of platform policy and may result in all accounts being cancelled and all deposited funds being forfeited.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
The name, address, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate. If any information changes, notify our support team immediately. Providing false information may result in account suspension or cancellation.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (user ID and password) completely confidential. Granting account access to third parties is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Account Verification
If 88bb deems it necessary, it may request your national identity card or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Financial Transactions & Payments
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on 88bb is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Payments through methods other than those listed are not accepted.
Any transaction fee applicable to deposits is determined by the service provider of your chosen method — 88bb does not charge a separate deposit fee.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
Withdrawal amounts are generally returned via the same deposit method. In special circumstances an alternative method may be used, in which case additional verification may be required.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in foreign currency will be converted at the current exchange rate and a conversion fee may apply.
3.4 Suspicious Transactions
88bb complies with anti-money laundering policies. The platform reserves the right to delay processing of any suspicious or unusual transaction for review, or to temporarily suspend the associated account.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.
4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus must be wagered 20 times (20x) before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A member may claim a bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
- If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be considered void.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by dishonest means will result in all accounts and bonuses being cancelled.
- 88bb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
4.4 VIP Program
The 88bb VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier — up to 0.3% weekly cashback at Bronze and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular gameplay and activity on the platform.
User Code of Conduct
5.1 Permitted Use
The 88bb platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Reselling or redistributing any platform service for commercial purposes is prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to fraudulently influence the platform's software, algorithms, or systems.
- Using bots, automation scripts, or any other artificial means to play games.
- Harassing, intimidating, or making inappropriate contact with other members.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Attempting to access any unauthorised part of the platform or conducting cyberattacks.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
5.3 Consequences of Violations
Violating the above rules may result in 88bb temporarily suspending or permanently closing the account, and taking legal action where applicable. There is no obligation to return any forfeited funds.
Game & Betting Rules
6.1 Game Outcomes
All games on 88bb are operated through an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game outcomes are entirely random and do not follow any predetermined pattern or sequence. Each round is independent — the result of a previous round does not affect the next.
6.2 Betting Limits
Separate minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game or sports market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. If a bet is processed outside the limits due to a technical error, 88bb reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount.
6.3 Technical Issues
If an ongoing game is cancelled due to a technical error, server issue, or internet disconnection, 88bb will return the bet amount to the member's account. However, 88bb is not liable for winnings lost due to disconnection.
6.4 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers markets across various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is placed it generally cannot be withdrawn, though 88bb may consider exceptions in special circumstances. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Data Collection

7.2 Security Measures
88bb uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security technology to protect your information. However, complete security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed, and the user is also responsible for securing their own device.
7.3 Sharing Information with Third Parties

Responsible Gaming
8.1 Commitment to Responsible Play

Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
88bb strives to keep the platform running without interruption, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. 88bb is not liable for such interruptions.
9.2 Liability for Financial Loss
Gaming is a risk-based activity. The member bears full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from playing on the platform. 88bb does not provide compensation for any gaming losses.
9.3 Third-Party Content
The 88bb platform may contain content from various game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others). 88bb bears limited liability for any issues arising from this third-party content.
Account Closure & Dispute Resolution
10.1 Closure at User's Request
Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before closure, all ongoing bets must be settled and any withdrawable balance above the minimum must be withdrawn.
10.2 Closure at Platform's Initiative
In the event of a clear breach of the Terms, 88bb may close any account without prior notice. The balance of an account closed due to a violation may be forfeited.
10.3 Dispute Resolution

10.4 Applicable Law

Intellectual Property & Content Rights
11.1 Ownership
The logo, design, software, text, graphics, and other content of the 88bb platform are the exclusive property of 88bb. Members are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes.
11.2 Limited Licence
88bb grants members a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This permission is restricted to use that is consistent with these Terms.
Miscellaneous Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and 88bb and replace all previous oral or written understandings on these matters.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
12.3 No Waiver
If 88bb does not enforce the Terms in a particular instance, that shall not be considered a waiver of the right to enforce them in the future.
